Statistical methods for linkage disequilibrium analysis

Within the series of colloquia organized by WUR-Biometris, the Wageningen Biometry Colloquium, we announce for Thursday 19 June, 2008, from 08.45-17.30, a meeting on ‘Statistical methods for linkage disequilibrium analysis’ at hotel de Wageningse Berg, Generaal Foulkesweg 96, 6703 DS Wageningen, The Netherlands (www.hoteldewageningseberg.nl). This meeting is organized under auspices of WUR-Biometris (www.biometris.nl) and the Generation Challenge Program (GCP; http://www.generationcp.org) and is part of GCP project G4007.09 ‘Design and analysis of marker-trait association studies, with special attention for genetically challenging crops’.
